We ask that clients cancel their appointment within 72 hours of the appointment to avoid the $100 cancellation fee.This fee will be credited towards any future rescheduled appointments. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice or no-call-no-shows, the entire cost of procedure may be forfeited.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who no show to scheduled appointments and fail to notify the business will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.If the client wishes to reschedule, another non refundable $50 retainer fee will be due before the appointment date.
Clients that are 15+ minutes late to their scheduled appointment will potentially be rescheduled. This policy is due to the amount of clients that are seen a day, as the microblading artist cannot risk
running late to following clients.
Results are not guaranteed
there are many factors that affect the healing process that we have no control over (i.e how the client adheres to aftercare protocol, how clients' skin heals/retains pigment, skin type, etc.) there is absolutely no guarantee with healed results.
A touch-up is required and included in initial cost within 6-12 weeks to achieve optimal healed results. If touch ups are not scheduled within 6-12 weeks afterwards, the client will be charged an extra $100 for touch up.

cash, cahsapp, and venmo are all accepted forms of payment. Credit cards are accepted, however will have 3% service fee added to each credit card transaction.
ALL consent forms must be read, signed, and dated before proceeding with any procedure.
